Link Building 500 Inbound One-Way PR4+ Links

The project is to build 500 one way PR4+ permenant links to my website. 1. We have (13) specific anchor text keyword phrases that will need to be distributed across the links. 2. The page where our link is hosted should be no less than a PR4. 3. Our link should be reachable within 2 clicks of the homepage. 4. No link farms or questionable sites. 5. No links from adult content, gambling, pharmacy, indecent, or questionable websites. 6. No links from "free" websites (i.e. anglefire, geocities, tripod, etc.) 7. Links MUST transfer pagerank in Google - should not have "nofollow" attributes or other coding that prevents passing PR. Provider needs to verify. 8. No more than 1 link from any single website. 9. No links from forums, discussion boards, blog comments, etc. 10. Links must be permanent coming from static & stable websites (or other valid web properties upon approval). 11. No spamming for link exchange. No Black Hat! 12. Linking sites have to be spider friendly. 13. Links from websites that already link to our site will not be counted. Links that do not meet the above conditions will not count towards the agreement. A weekly report is required listing the link information including url & PR of the linking page and the linking anchor text.
