I need basically a set of PCBs and related software. PCB involves catching the GSM / CDMA pilot signal from mobile phone(no GPS system)- detecting the exact location of mobile. Like the GPS system uses 3 satellites, so same 3 PCBS (antennas) can be used and they can communicate to each other. All PCBs have linux loaded on them and coding language is C++ on top of [url removed, login to view] will be used in shopping malls(big book shops, shopping malls, lodgings hotels ) . When a customer enters the place. his presence is detected(the point of entry and exit, i.e. the point from where the detection of his location starts and ends can be set up during installation). His location is constantly updated. When he enters the shop,his mobile gets an SMS "Welcome to shop" and "menu of services the shop provides." the user can browse through services and enter his requirements in mobile. when user enters his requirements, then the message is transmitted from mobile to PCB, from PCB to win32 system. (The windows system knows the location of each item where it is placed. This database will be updated by shopkeeper on regular basis) on receiving the product query from mobile, the Windows server searches the product in database and its location, in which corner and rack and communicate the details to PCB. PCB can guide the mobile to the item, where it is placed.
1> book shop- the mobile gets sms, we have "categories" of books. browse your category. when he enters a particular book, he guides where the book is.
2> Similarly in shopping malls
3> lodgings- mobile gets sms "we have this types of rooms and rent for them, select category". when he selects category room is locked for him. then he is guided to payment counter. after making payment, he is guided to room. in the room he gets aan sms for room service facilities- menu. he can select from services any time
4> restaurants: once mobile user enters the restaurant- he gets menu of food items. he chooses the menu . places an order. the system knows where exactly person is sitting, table. he gets his order in table
Role of Windows server:
1> custom template designing-> whatever sequence of SMS es to be sent to phone and in what order depends on this design. This has concept of creation of containers. Each container has option- text, voice, and text to voice. there is option to sequence containers and the content to be delivered through SMS or voice call.
2>database management: addition and deletion of records to/from database.
When the PCB boots up, the templates are loaded from windows server and are sent to mobile devices on detecting there presence.
there is a wireless barcode reader. it hs modes in which it communicates with PCB and windows server; set by a button/lever/option in display
1>point setting- setting entry point and exit point and billing point
2>item entry to database- When an item is scanned, its adress is got from PCB and is updated to database with barcode and price
3>item deletion from database- When item is scanned at billing section, it is removed from database.
