SSL installation and Auto backup setup on Raid device

We have two dedicated servers and both of them are on Ubuntu 6.5 and Apache and licensed WHM. We need to get the below done: 1) first server has 2 X 2TB HDD. we are using one for hosting purposes and would like to have other used for daily autoback backups/ incremental backups. 2) Second server needs to have SSL installed. We have ordered the SSL and now we need to provide them with CSR (Certificate Signing Request) and then when we get the SSL - it would need to be installed for the website. You must have extensive knowledge in this type of work to be able to get this project. This also could mean long term support for the right person. Please, in your bids, provide detailed experience along with plan of action. Both servers are with OVH.
