WHM 10.8.0 cPanel 10.9.0-C117
CentOS 4.4 x86_64 - WHM X v3.1.0
Running vbulletin 3.6.4 with phpportals, photopost gallery, photopost classified, and flashchat. Have the following server details:
Processor: AMD Single CPU Dual Core Athlon 3800
2 gb of RAM
80 GB with SATA drive controller
Operating System: CentOS 4.x X86_64 Bit
I have memcached for SQL
The problem is: I will have a httpd daemon start up and take up about 36-50% of cpu and then quits and then about a few seconds - minute later does it again.
I need someone that knows apache inside and out who can find what is going on with apache and kill this problem.
Generally I have about 25 users online and then loads really start climbing.
Perhaps I am wrong but this server should not break a sweat when handling 100+ users.
If you bid on this project please detail your experience with this sort of thing and convince me your the person who can find out what is going on and fix it.
