We need an optimized and efficient build of FFmpeg compiled with the Blackmagic Decklink SDK and working with the HW acceleration of Apple or Intel QSV on CentOS. The build needs to work on Mac OS or CentOS and be compiled with latest versions of FFmpeg and the listed libraries. We don't need a user interface, just the build.
