Provide either a Rest API or PHP library to perform transfer functions and monitor cryptocurrency blockchain. The set of cryptocurrencies to support are: - binance chain BNB - cardano ADA - polkadot DOT - ripple XRP - litecoin LTC - chainlink LINK - filecoin FIL You may propose a subset from the crypto list that you are able to do. Functions required: 1) transfer crypto from wallet to a destination address 2) monitor the crypto blockchain for deposit into a set of addresses 3) able to monitor thousands of wallet addresses 4) preferably the wallet addresses are generated from a single HD mnemonic phrase 5) generate addresses Deliverables: A) Clear documentation of the Rest API or PHP library B) Clear documentation of how to setup the cryptocurrency node on a Linux server C) Clear writeup on how to manage massive number of addresses
