Feedback Loop Spam Issue

We are subscribed to a feedback loop for AOL and they are sending us messages for email abuse from our server. However, the emails are not messages being sent by our server, and when I look in the email, it appears the email is being sent from another account. Need help explaining the problem and what is the solution.
