gmail receiving issues to our local server

Job Description:

Hello, we have a linux plesk server and recently we noticed some issue with gmail.

when we sent an email from gmail to our local email most of the time its not receiving to inbox. Some times we randomly receive the gmail email from gmail but most of the times we don't receive.

also usually every day we getting many spam emails to our inbox coz of that we have put some spam control restrictions so those worked fine. But recently we noticed some days we started getting spam emails.

Can someone fix this ?
