installing lirc (Linux Infrared Remote Control)to raspberry and configure

1.I want you to install lirc to my raspberry to use it my windows remote controller (mce).

2.I want to open vlc with remote controller. Configure irexec for working at boot.

3. Just configure 3 button of remote controller for vlc( i will do rest)
