need ffmpeg installation support in WHM/Cpanel

Hi I have a VPS account with WHM and cpanel sub-account hosting. I have installed ffmpeg through whm terminal and it got installed. Able to do check ffmpeg --version command. Problem 1. by default ffmpeg installed is v2.8 but I need above v4 2. Installed ffmpeg is not reflecting in sub cpanel accounts. If i use any of the hosted domain and try ffmpeg --version command then it says ffmpeg command not found. Note: In my vps account Cloud linix also available (fyi) Application I am using a php (laravel) application for one of the project that needs noise cancellation of the recorded audio file for which I am using the ffmpeg filter - All i need to achieve is this ffmpeg -i /public/audios/[login to view URL] -af "afftdn=nr=40:nf=-30:tn=1" /public/converted/converted.wav. this command works fine in local server where ffmpeg verison is above 4 Alternative Solution 1. I am okay to even signup a centos OS VPS in amazon lightsail for the ffmpeg to setup with custom options if necessary, if WHM has any limitation to achieve the result. 2. Or any other recommendation provided by the developer which will help solving this. I am looking for some one have done this type of installation before to quickly fix this issue.
