Record input from mic to mp3 in linux C++ Source code

I need the source code, compiling for an example project that uses libsoundio
(from [login to view URL]) to record from the microphone input @ 44.1kHz mono and encodes the audio using the LAME library into a mp3 at 32kbps. The code must perform this in real time.
I want the C++ source code and not command line programs.
It must work under ubuntu 64bit and I require full source code.
Have a look at the examples for recording

It must use the ALSA backend and compile under the Eclipse IDE.
