Server setup: Admin panel, CentOS, php, mySQL, Nextcloud, OnlyOffice

Hi, I will clean current server, will take backup and will configure complete server from scratch and will install all required packages on the server. I do have more than 14 years of expertise in web hosting, server setup, etc I will do all these a) an admin panel for the server where i can see and manage all contents (open source without any licence would be great!) b) have everything installed without any docker images or alike c) php, mySQL and all necessary stuff d) NEXTcloud installed with all essential settings e) OnlyOffice installed (stand alone and corresponding with nextcloud) f) have security setup to protect the entire server and in case I am happy with the work done, g) need long-term-support to regularely update and manage the server Please discuss.
