Troubleshooting EasyRSA on Digital Ocean Server

We have EasyRSA installed and are trying to setup a VPN for a laptop however we are running into connection issues and would like someone with knowledge on EasyRSA and server configurations to get this working for us. It should be very easy for someone with a linux administration history.
