UK-based Logistics Partnership Needed

At present, we are exploring a partnership with a UK-based logistics/fulfilment provider who can support us with bulk shipment consolidation and last-mile courier injection. Our Business Model: - Orders are collected, consolidated & labelled at our warehouse in India. - We plan to ship consignments in bulk (weekly/bi-weekly) to the UK. Once received in the UK, we require assistance with: - Breaking down the consolidated shipment into individual parcels - Injecting them into local courier networks such as Royal Mail, Evri, Yodel, DPD, etc., for last-mile delivery to customers. Our Current Volume: - Approx. 1,000 shipments per month (with expected growth in the near future). - Small parcels (mainly books and lightweight consumer items). What We Are Looking For: - A UK-based partner who can act as our receiving hub. - Handling services: receiving, sorting, and courier handover. - Competitive and scalable pricing for injection into local courier networks. - Flexibility to grow with us as volumes increase.
