Bilingual Box & Cargo Dispatcher

I run GY Expedite, a fast-growing U.S. carrier that operates both Box Trucks and Cargo Vans nationwide. To keep loads moving smoothly I need a bilingual dispatcher who can handle daily coordination in English and Spanish, source loads through DAT and Truckstop with intermediate efficiency, and negotiate assertively with brokers to drive costs down. Your routine will include: • Monitoring DAT and Truckstop, finding profitable lanes, and booking loads that fit our equipment and schedules. • Calling brokers in fluent English to secure better rates, aiming first and foremost at cost reduction while still protecting service quality. • Dispatching drivers, tracking each load in real time, and troubleshooting issues on the road. • Maintaining concise records in our TMS, updating clients and drivers in Spanish or English as needed. Success in the role is measured monthly by on-time delivery percentages, average CPM secured, and driver satisfaction; strong results unlock performance bonuses on top of the fixed monthly payment. This is a long-term position, so reliability, clear communication, and a collaborative attitude matter as much as your technical skills.
