Food Fulfillment, Packaging & Refrigerated Storage

I’m looking for a partner who can become my end-to-end fulfilment centre for a growing line of ready-to-eat food items. Here’s what I need handled on a daily basis: • Custom-branded packaging
 All orders must leave your facility in my own printed boxes and labels. You’ll receive artwork and dielines from me; your team produces, stores, and applies the packaging so that every shipment feels on-brand. • Refrigerated storage
 The products are perishable and must be kept consistently between 2–4 °C from the moment they arrive until they are dispatched. Your facility should already be HACCP compliant or equivalent, with real-time temperature monitoring you’re willing to share through reports or a portal. • Pick, pack, and last-mile delivery
 You’ll receive daily order files (CSV or direct API); I expect same-day pick-and-pack for orders placed before noon and next-day delivery windows for anything later. You may handle the final leg yourself or integrate with carriers—either way, tracking numbers must flow back into my Shopify store automatically. • Simple inventory visibility
 I want to log in at any time to see on-hand, reserved, and inbound stock, preferably through ShipStation, ShipHero, or a comparable dashboard you already use. Acceptance criteria – Cold-chain integrity proof for every shipment – 99 % on-time dispatch rate, measured weekly – Zero unbranded cartons leaving your dock – Inventory variance under 1 % per cycle count If your warehouse already meets these standards and you’re ready to start with an initial pallet intake next month, let’s talk details.
