Vietnam Peanut Export Agent

I need a resourceful, on-the-ground agent in Vietnam who can help me push our peanut exports deeper into Asian markets. Your day-to-day will revolve around two core responsibilities: 1. Finding buyers – source, vet, and negotiate with food processors, wholesalers, and commodity traders across Asia. Relationships in China, Thailand, Indonesia, or South Korea are a plus, but I’m open to any viable Asian destination you can develop. 2. Managing shipments – coordinate with local shelling plants, freight forwarders, and customs brokers; keep paperwork straight (B/L, phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin, packing list); and track cargo until it reaches the customer’s port. I’m looking for someone with some experience in peanut or agri-commodities export, enough to understand quality grades, INCOTERMS, and basic export compliance, yet still hungry to expand their network. Clear communication in Vietnamese and English, solid email etiquette, and comfort with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) are all important so we can keep buyer pipelines and shipment schedules transparent. Deliverables I’ll measure you on: • A verified list of prospective Asian buyers, including contact details and initial interest level • Signed purchase orders or contracts that you help secure • Complete shipment files for each order (shipping instructions, commercial invoice, B/L, certificates) • Weekly progress report outlining leads contacted, negotiations in play, and cargo in transit If you have the contacts, the hustle, and the organisational skills to move container loads smoothly, let’s start shipping.
