Logo design for business branding and metal name plates

I am looking for a graphic designer who can create me a brand logo I can use for multiple purposes. Including website header, metal name plates to attach to handbags I make and sell. I would like my logo to look very classy, simple, and elegant.
I’ve attached what I have created myself... I’m no graphic designer and that’s why I’m looking for someone who can design an elegant logo.
I would like to be able to use just my name ‘Chris Lucas’ as well as ‘Chris Lucas Designs’.
I have attached a couple of photos of bags I’ve made and just used ready made ‘Handmade’ metal tags and an example of another metal name place tag.
So if you would like to have some fun and let your creativity flow and come up with some beautiful classy ideas then I’d love to hear from you.
My budget is limited as I am a small business and handmade each bag I sell. So if you can work within a budget of no more than $100 AUD than I love to work with you. And as my business grows I’d like to be able to continue to work with you so we can keep my branding consistent with future projects I will need. Next project will be a cover page for bag sewing patterns I will be releasing. The first pattern release will be in early 2021 as I’m working on writing up the step by step instructions now.
