Logo Design for New Brand!

I am Creating a record label/ clothing brand that needs a very cool sleek logo. I have done a few concepts myself but i am now looking for a very talented designer to help me take it to the next level. I have the vision for it but just need the next step. this logo will be seen more than most because its going to be seen on a lot of digital media as well as clothing so its very important to me that its done correctly so be the best of the best please aha.
bit of a race theme but not a racing company, just aesthetics because of the brand meaning.
The main thing about my brand is going to be the burning/torn flag you see featured on the logo. I will need it separated too so it can be used standalone. it needs to be simple, slick, eye catching and very rememberable.
I WILL REQUIRE
a few concepts of course, we can talk about those.
Multiple versions of the logos (Different colours and iterations)
I need the base logo which will be the combination mark and also would like the flag symbol to be separated for separate branding similar to how nike has the solo swoosh and the swoosh with just do it.
The Photoshop or Illustrator Files for editing
Will need somebody creative and easy to communicate with
Unlimited revisions
i am going to upload some of my concepts and mood boards i created and also some inspirations for the logo and what i envision it to be. feel free to also be more creative. i need somebody who will give me advice and try different things they see suitable too. I am also a bit of a perfectionist lol.
if the work is everything i asked for and more there will be plenty more opportunity for work in the future as i will need designs a lot!
