LORA Based Remote firing Device

My requirement is to make a remote firing device that uses LoRa and has end to end encryption. I am aiming at a device like LORIS of Chemring group, but at a much cheaper cost and using SX1262 Lora module at SF12 and with mesh networking of receivers. The Transmitter and receiver should have Bluetooth for connection to Mobile phone for setting up.

1. LoRa Layer 2 Protocol/ any other mesh networking protocol for LoRa

2. AES 256 Bit Encryption

3. Programming of LoRa
