Hey — I’m looking for a recruiter who actually gets AI/ML roles and can help me find solid engineers. This isn’t one of those roles where I need 100 resumes. I care way more about quality. I’d rather see a few strong candidates than a bunch of random profiles that just match keywords. What I need help with is sourcing and screening AI engineers — people working on things like machine learning, deep learning, LLMs, GenAI, that kind of stuff. You’ll be reaching out, doing initial screening, and helping me figure out if someone is actually legit or just looks good on paper. Ideally, you’ve recruited for AI/ML roles before and you kind of know how to tell the difference between someone who’s built real systems vs someone who’s just done courses or copied projects.
