 Question 1 – How helpful was the calling center agent?

• Answer on a scale 1-5

 Question 2 – How likely are you to buy this product again?

• Answer on a scale 1-5

 Question 3 – Was your issue resolved?

• Answer 1 for “yes” and 2 for “no.”

o Using Data Set 2, sanitize data, and study trends by producing a time series object.

o Classify agents, and create an agent scorecard.

o Predict Q3_Answer based off of other 4 data elements.

• Output

o Summarize findings from the Data Set you chose in PowerPoint (2-3 slides), may also include any other combination of graphics, reports, description of methods, or definitions of any User Defined Functions in addition to slides.

• Rules of participation

o All code must be written in R and be provided for review.

o Complete confidentiality of data.

o No use of forums to ask questions.
