Adjustments to Magento

Hello, We need a professional experienced Certified Magento developer with lots of backend work experience. Minimal supervision - no amateurs! WE NEED THIS DONE IN 2 DAYS! 1. The website is SSL certified. So need to secure a number of pages: login-page, check-out page and account/dasboard/forms pages, etc. 2. My cronjob is not running so can't send out newsletters. I have 2 newsletter in Magento where they are both not running. Need those newsletters to work. Where I purchased the theme, support said "make sure you have the server con job running the "[login to view URL]" or "[login to view URL]" from the root magento server. This is done from the server side." And then I need it to be running from the server tasks in Cpanel: server > tools & resources > schedule. [login to view URL] 3. Need custom coding to the newsletters. Right now I have 2 newsletter sign-ups, I would like to merge both. So when someone signs up to one of the newsletters, I will get both their email addresses showing up in Newsletter Subscribers and Manage Subscribers list. 4. Some minor design adjustments/modifications on 2 newsletters. (will supply pdf with changes) • Main newsletter: Need to tighten (remove cellspacing) between 2 tables. Need to remove a row from header where my logo is located. Tighten up spacing between share the fun and social icons. • New Deals Newsletter in transactional email: Replace "view the deal" arrow image with new image, need to add logo (not showing), add tricolour bar to bottom of grey bar at top, make sure the unsubscribe links work, add at the bottom bar my facebook and twitter icons.
