Optimize and improve a responsive design

Hello,
Im running a webshop in Thailand [url removed, login to view] and was able to optimize my webpage quite well myself. However, the responsive mobile site not only is too slow scoring a poor 5.6 in Pagespeed, its also very badly put together without customer user friendliness in mind. One example, if you click on "smartphones", you have to scroll down for a long time before you find the menu to select the brand you want. I would say, try it for yourself with your mobile and see just how bad it is.
Now I have the same design used for 3 other countries as well, all in dev status. Could you have a look at the responsive design and let me know how this can be improved, at what cost? And then this new design has to be copied to the other 3 countries as well.
One responsive design that works great from a customer perspective is www.garmin.com. Really good and I am looking for a solution equal to this.
