T-shirt Website Picture / Color / Size features needed

Our currently clothing website is needing a few features added to the product view page. Right now we are using the basic Magento picture module however it is very limited and needs an upgrade along with a few other upgrades listed below. website is [login to view URL] - We need to beable to give our customers the options of different colors to pick from before adding it to their cart. So below the "Size Info" button we would like little boxes with the colors it in that a customer can select from. When the button is clicked they box selected gets high lighted. - Our size options are currently a drop down menu. We need them to also be in little boxes that say "Small" "Medium" "Large" and so on. The customer can then click on his size which would then be highlighted and then they can click the check out button. For an example of the Color and Size buttons: [login to view URL],guys - A Feature needs to be added so that if the customer tries to add a shirt to the shopping cart without selecting the shirt color and size a warning says that both need to be selected before adding it to the cart.
