Product Campaign Executives

Job Description:

We are looking for experienced Product Campaign Executives who are passionate about marketing campaigns and reaching successful outcomes with each campaign. As a Product Campaign Executive, you will be expected to run multiple product campaigns related to the products and services of a company or companies. Furthermore, the candidate is expected to be monitoring actual KPI outcomes in relation to expected KPI outcomes and to make interventions if and when required. Knowledge in using Mail Chimp and its automation and reporting features optimally is a must and an asset.

Candidate must be diligent in his/her work making sure that each and every campaign goes successful. The tasks are governed by KPIs and paid as per the measure of time. Hence, the candidate is expected to learn fast and deliver at a faster pace to be able to do deliver quality outcome and finish the task/target in a certain period of time.

Responsibilities:

Candidate will be:

1. Trained to be knowledgeable about the company products and services

2. Trained to gain a deep understanding of product benefits, competitive differentiation and brand promise

3. Translating product campaign into a sequenced number of brand touch points over a specific period of time

4. Responsible for prioritizing activities based on business and customer impact

5. Driving product launches including working with other stakeholders, such as senior executives and other product team members

6. Participating in promotional plans that are consistent with product campaign strategy and be making sure that the message is effectively conveyed

7. Developing product knowhow that demonstrates product awareness and understanding

8. Developing and managing behavioral testing strategies and advanced segmentation strategy

9. Completing the task in time and generating campaign reports for each product and service on daily, weekly and monthly basis

10. Demonstrating the marketing knowledge critically on the upcoming campaigns based on the reports of the previous product campaign.

Requirements and skills:

Candidates are expected to possess:

1. Proven 5-10 years’ work experience in using Mail Chimp in running effective digital marketing campaigns

2. Strong understanding of the marketing techniques in order to get successful outcomes

3. Prior experience with various marketing techniques

4. Proven track record of managing successful product campaigns throughout their life cycle

5. Proven ability to evaluate product campaigns KPIs and to effectively communicate results to executive management

6. Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management

7. Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in Mail Chimp and its features like Bulk mailer as well as doing automation and advanced segmentation, AB testing, reporting (All these within Mail chimp)

8. Effective interventions that ensure that actual outcomes achieve expected outcomes through the product life cycle

9. Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization

10. Strong communication, interpersonal and reporting skills

11. Exceptional time management skills and be able to prioritize and complete given assignments within the timeline

12. Strong analytical skills

13. Intermediate to Advanced level experience with MS Office and certain CRM systems (Bitrix24)

14. Excellent written and oral skills

15. Excellent command of the English Language is a must
