Automate 360-Degree Assessment Process With Make.com

I am looking for an experienced freelancer who is passionate about [login to view URL] (Integromat) and automation design. Scope of Work I currently have a 360-degree assessment built in Tally forms and need to connect it with Google Sheets to track responses. The process is as follows: 1. Campaign Intake • Each campaign begins with a client completing an intake form (leader details + up to 15 team members’ names/emails). 2. Participant Distribution • Automatically generate and send a unique URL to each participant. • Responses must be linked back to both Campaign ID and Participant ID. 3. Response Tracking • Track when all participants have submitted their responses. • Once complete, trigger an alert/notification so I can build the report. 4. Bigger Picture (Future Phases) • Campaign initiation tied to online payment. • Automated report generation once responses are complete. • Client option to book a calendar appointment after report delivery. What I Need from You • Strong expertise in [login to view URL] (and preferably experience integrating Tally Forms, Google Sheets, email delivery, and calendar tools). • Ability to design the automation so it’s robust but also easy for me to adjust later. • Clear documentation or walkthrough so I can maintain/edit the system.
