I would prioritize the next phase in this order: first, define a decision matrix for tradeline actions; second, convert findings into structured implementation outputs; third, integrate qualified actions into Credit Repair Cloud workflows; fourth, add SmartCredit monitoring feedback; and fifth, reduce dependency on Google Sheets by moving toward cleaner dashboard/API outputs where appropriate. You're looking for someone to review what is already built in Make and then take Metro 2 automation through its next phase. On whether it is enhancement or separate build, mostly enhancement. The intake, parsing, and classification core exists, so implementation logic and CRC integration extend it rather than replace it. Already done looks like the analysis half. Drive intake, PDF extraction, parsing, tradeline evaluation, flags, and AI summaries feeding Sheets. I would prioritise the implementation logic first. Turning a flagged tradeline into a structured next action removes the employee judgment bottleneck you mentioned. Then push findings into Credit Repair Cloud so Sheets becomes a test layer, not the system of record. On scale, 50 to 200 reports weekly is where Make operation counts and Sheets as a database start to strain. I would move state into a real store before that point. I would keep the existing architecture and restructure only the data layer, not rebuild. Happy to continue after the review.
