Senior Fabrication Production Supervisor

Our eco-friendly furniture plant in Wagholi, Pune is scaling up and I need a full-time production supervisor who can own the shop floor from day one. The role is hands-on and heavily technical: senior-level fabrication expertise and solid production planning experience are both essential. If you thrive on turning raw steel and timber into beautifully finished pieces while keeping schedules tight and teams motivated, you’ll feel right at home here. Day-to-day you’ll translate design drawings into clear fabrication workflows, guide welders and carpenters, set daily targets, and adjust plans on the fly to hit dispatch dates. I rely on you to spot bottlenecks early, balance resource loads, and keep our eco-friendly standards intact—think material optimisation, waste minimisation, and safe shop-floor practices. No special certifications are mandatory; a relevant diploma, degree, or proven track record leading fabrication lines is what matters.
