Call Center for Inbound Sales

The project is for agents to manage inbound sales calls from Canada and the U.S. and place credit card orders in real-time into the client’s e-commerce website. Backup provisions would be needed to capture the sales particulars if the e-commerce site becomes unavailable.

The calls are in response to a radio advertising campaign that has not been tested, so we don’t now the rate to calls or success of the advertising or the product acceptance. With this in mind it is likely best to be working with a call center that has outbound agents who can take the inbound calls when they happen.

Separate 800 numbers are required for each radio station. Initially there will be two stations with others to be added based on response. The 800 numbers would have to be dedicated to the client for a reasonable period of time to assure proper credit to the applicable radio station.
