Looking for 3 or 4 talented individuals (open to companies too) for long term project. We are a 9 year old technology company that has morphed from selling technology to web enabled services.
You would be calling business owners and inviting them to a free 30 minute conference call about how they can increases their store sales.
Target Business are all single location retail business selling same type products and are smaller in size. Leads already entered within our CRM Systems (vTiger / SugarCRM exp a plus) or an XLS export – whatever is easiest for you. Targets will be business with less then 20 employees and owner/founder most likely will office within store. Our Market is all 5 US times zones, so calling could be from, say 9am local time to about 8pm.
Two tier compensation. Commision#1 per target who listen to 30 min free conference call and Commission #2 per target for those who buy our $500 package. Target’s average retail sale is $1,000+ and we offer a 90 day money full money back guarantee if they don’t see the additional sales to pay for the program cost.
We’re not opposed to hourly, but feel more leverage for you and accountability for us with a per-show fee. Remember, any company within our dBase is qualified and your role is to be sure you invite the owner to the call and they answers the phone when our operators call for the conference call. They don’t even have to remember to call, just to be at the phone number they gave you for the call. If that happens, you get paid.
** COMMISION/PHASE 1 **
~ 1.1 You login to our dBase or open XLS Sheet– click/select Target
~ 1.2 Call to confirm contact info - attempt initial contact
~ 1.3 Repeat until live conversation – invite to 30 minute conference call, send confirmation.
~ 1.4 Send email/fax reminders before the call (automated within CRM Platform)
~ 1.5 Our Call Center calls them for the call (so they don’t forget), notes who attended
~ 1.6 PAID Commission #1: $xx per show
We’re pretty good about developing systems that create a process not needing any real selling. The ‘pitch’ takes place on the conference call. Have developed incentives for those who show up on the call. “so mr/ms target, you’ll get some great ideas from the call – and just for participating, we’ll give you XXX, worth over $200, which you need anyway.
** COMMISSION/PHASE 2 **
~ 2.1 Within an hour after conf call, thank you notes sent by our Call Center with free thank you gift
~ 2.2 You’ll follow up Next day on those thank yous (those who were on the call)
~ 2.3 Ask if any questions about gift or $500 product- just 5 FAQs, send them payment link or setup close call with our Team
~ 2.4 PAID: Commission #2: $xx per sale
Again, not any real selling. We have just 5 FAQs that you will get most on the follow-up calls. If you have a Target that is interested and they asking Qs beyond the 5, then you can setup a one-2-one call with them and one of our Sales Guys. You’ll get paid when they close that one as well.
Challenge (like any lead generation program) will be having a live conversation with the Target. Unlike our other B2B Markets, this program aimed at retailers has less trained gatekeepers but more ‘he’s on the floor with a customer’.
Looking to start right away (as in this week) with at least with 1 person. Ideally, would like 30-35 hours weekly per person and a team of 4 people. We have 7 more vertical markets like this one, and have a 20 month marketing plan to get through all of them.
