I'm currently looking for a foreign partner to better market a currently successful British Accommodation Directory to owners of UK and Ireland: • Private Hotels • Guest Houses • Holiday Cottages • Holiday Flats & Apartments • Bed & Breakfast (B&B's) The primary form of direct marketing needs to be: • Email from own server – Templates scripts can be provided by myself. • Telephone from your office – Short script can be provided by myself. These contact email and telephone details can easily be obtained from the owner's websites and other accommodation directories available on the web. Current format is that owners; list their own accommodation details in our directory and when satisfied with their new advertisement make a single once off payment varying from $30 - $70 per entry depending on accommodation type. Payment is currently made either via PayPal or by UK cheque. I'm currently suffering SPAM complaint issues as I'm resident in the UK! Sensibly, life would be far easier if marketing, conducted ethically, was achieved from outside the UK. Applicant needs to have access to their own server and be a good English speaking communicator. No capital outlay is required, and a 60% / 40% commission split between myself and successful applicant (Partner) will apply – last 4 years has produced in excess of $10,000 annually with very little effort being applied!
