Experienced Growth Manager (Revenue) for a Meal Delivery business in Australia

We run an online business in Australia and we are seeking a successful Growth Manager (Revenue) that can assist with growing our sales with a proven track of successful results from past/previous companies.
We are looking for someone that has extensive and professional experience in the food industry. Preferably in the meal delivery business or similar that can help us achieve sales growth both from new clients and existing clients.

As a Growth Manager, you are required to:
1. Grow our sales!
• Have at least 3-5 years of previous food growth management experience with a company with at least $10m in revenue.
• Understand and shape the company’s digital strategy and mission
• Assess company’s current state and analyze data
• Perform market research and benchmarking
• Develop plans and framework to materialize strategy
• Search for demand for new products and create products with us to launch new products.
• Monitor and analyze industry trends and market changes
• Adwords, SMM, SEO knowledge.
• Perform market analysis, competitive shop and analyze sales trends to keep abreast of current trends. Obtain feedback from customer ratings and data to improve product and add to collections.
• Focus on turning our clients to raving fans, to increase repeat rate and product market fit.

• Strategic thinking
• Positive attitude.
• Good work ethics and do not require micromanagement
• Self-motivated and responsible.
• Fluent/Expert English comprehension and writing ability.
• Knowledge of the food industry

• Close to the AU Sydney time zone
