Virtual Assistant ideally from the Philippines but open to other locations

I am looking for an assistant to help me manage my time better. You will be available for 40 hours a week, most of which must be during business hours EST (East Coast). This is a long term assignment. Having a BA/MBA is a great plus as this role can grow as the company grows.

• Speak idiomatic English with no to very little accent.

• You have an "always-on" fast broadband connection,

• Has access to Skype, which we will use for out communication.

• Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, data entry and be capable of learning new programs on their own.

• Must be a self starter who is motivated to learn

• Will be making phone calls to assist scheduling and setting up appointments.

• Background in Finance is a plus

We will agree on hours when you will be working for solely me. This availability must be unconditional.
