First of all this project is a university degree project, there has to be at least 30 pages and be of quality.
Read the case through and formulate a general problem formulation. Remember that the project must be interdisciplinary and problem oriented.
Then formulate a number of sub-questions that relate to the subjects involved.
For each sub-question, select a number of theories/concepts/models from the curriculum. Explain your choices, outline the main points and put this as the basis for your analysis of the case and the following discussion of your results. The final product of this process should be a written report.
After the hand in of the project report there will be an oral examination. The oral examination will consist of a 15 minutes group presentation followed by an individual examination of 15 minutes. The exam must show that the student can:
• Communicate with one or more target groups
• Analyze and present a problem related to the subjects involved
• Complete a project in a team.
The academic content of the report should reflect that the major emphasis of the project lies within the field of business economics.
Business economics contains the following subjects: organization, accounting and project management.
The sub-questions could relate to theories such as organization as structure, organization as culture, project planning, project management, cash flow and procurement.
For the subject microeconomics the sub-questions could relate to concepts such as the rational consumer, market structures, competition models, government intervention, costs and productivity. For the subject communication presenting the report and it´s conclusions to collaboration partners is a key focus area. there is more below in the file of what the problem is.
