Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic Client Representative (India) to be the face of TMA in the Indian market. Based in Mumbai and embedded with one of our global clients, this role is both strategic and operational — ensuring seamless communication, execution, and relationship management between the client’s India office and TMA’s global teams. This is a client-facing role with significant growth potential. As TMA’s portfolio expands in India, the position is designed to evolve into a leadership role, overseeing local operations, client partnerships, and team development. Current Client Context TMA is supporting a global FMCG company with a long-standing heritage brand in India. The brand is well-established in the Indian market and is now undergoing an important new chapter of expansion. This includes moving beyond its core category into adjacent lifestyle and personal care segments while strengthening its brand equity across diverse consumer touchpoints. The work centers on: Brand communications: Shaping perception, sparking conversations, and driving relevance in India’s evolving lifestyle and wellness landscape. Market positioning: Reinforcing awareness of the brand’s uses beyond its traditional category while building resonance with a new generation of consumers. Corporate reputation: Supporting thought leadership for the parent company, with a focus on sustainability and innovation in the food and lifestyle space. This is a pivotal time for the client in India, and the Client Representative will play a critical role in ensuring on-the-ground alignment with local stakeholders while delivering global-level strategy and execution. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact between TMA and the client’s India office. Support the delivery of integrated communications and brand-building programs in alignment with global strategies. Provide cultural and market insights to guide creative campaigns and positioning. Coordinate across TMA’s international teams to ensure consistency and excellence of output. Manage project execution, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. Identify opportunities for TMA to expand its presence in India through new clients and partnerships. Represent TMA’s values and standards in all professional interactions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 5+ years’ experience in marketing, PR, communications, or client services. Strong knowledge of FMCG, beauty, lifestyle, or healthcare industries preferred. Demonstrated ability to work with multinational companies or agencies. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Fluent in English; Hindi or regional languages an advantage. Proactive, solutions-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Based in Mumbai or willing to relocate.
