We are looking for a Marketing Manager for a large Real Estate Capital Raise Campaign.
The ideal person is a Marketing professional that is also good at Sales, Numbers and Project Management. We are looking to implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that is focused on content marketing to Accredited Investors.
The goal of this campaign is to raise a specific amount of capital.
The campaign will include tactics such as gathering lists of potential investors, creating compelling content for websites, emails, phone calls, manage the lead process and the sales team.
Additionally, this will involve staying up to date with company's list of projects and be able to close sales with potential investors. By utilizing these strategies, we aim to successful reach out to our target investor audience, increase our brand presence and rise the capital needed for the campaign.
We offer a nice working environment, fixed salary and significant commissions potential based on a shared success model. Our offices are located in Southwest Las Vegas.
