POSITION OVERVIEW- The Business Development Executive sells the firm's services offering to every prospective customer in every field that requires brand promotion and advertisement. The purpose of the position is to create and develop the trade market for the company's range of services. The position is to coordinate, sell and ensure excellent business with dealers and direct customers. The Business Development Executive has a secondary focus on penetrating certain assigned customers with significant growth opportunity, as assigned by the Company. Reporting to the senior, the BDE closes and implements growth opportunities of moderate complexity. The BDE must understand the most important means of interacting with customers and prospects, that is through face-to-face meetings.
The BDE is responsible for achieving an assigned sales and profit goal.
Responsibilities and Duties
Acquires new customers, and set of name prospects.
Leads all aspects of the sales process, while calling upon other company sales resources to assist in solution development, proposal delivery and implementation, as needed or as directly by Company.
Sells a subset of company's services to assigned opportunities.
Refers opportunities for growth in products and services to other company's sales resources as appropriate.
Manages new customer implementation by directing company implantation resources and by managing customer's expectation and satisfaction with the implementation process.
Ensures a seamless transition of customer responsibility to the manger following a successful implementation
Assists other sales and services resources when called upon by the Field sales **
Job requires the individual to have persuasion, communication (regional dialect and good command on English language) and negotiation skills. * Ability to manage time. * Must have a flair of selling * Must be a team player with positive attitude. * Open to traveling.
Salary: Commission on Sales.
