Social Media Manager - Male Only

Seeking an experienced Social Media Manager who is passionate about social media and content creation. As a Social Media Manager, you will work as part of a cross-functional team to develop, manage, and execute brand communications for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Partner with creative, strategy, and account to develop and optimize social media strategy and content for integrated marketing campaigns. Evaluate current and emerging efforts on social channels within the entertainment space, including new channel and handle launches, marketing initiatives and consumer outreach efforts Keep up to date and inform client on the latest channel features and make recommendations on applicability to brand Utilize social listening tools to generate insights and summarize insights and conversations to create actionable, client-facing reports Partner with strategy and analytics teams to create regular reports tracking both community engagement against established goals/metrics on our owned channels Perform daily QA checks of platforms to escalate any issues to brand and troubleshoot with vendors/platform contacts for resolution Create and maintain content calendars and publish on schedule as agreed upon with client. Make optimizations to content calendar based on community engagement Regularly monitor and assess user activity across brand pages and respond or escalate as needed, partnering with brand marketing and customer service teams. Foster a positive community and add value to users. Work with integrated agency and client teams to create, maintain and update moderation guidelines and house rules. Enforce Community Guidelines as defined on platform. Partner across agency to integrate social with other tactics Required Experience: 2+ years of professional marketing experience, ideally managing social communities. Strong understanding of social media communities and marketing approaches, and strong working knowledge of social media platforms Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills; ability to prioritize daily activities and multi-task Excellent writing skills and understanding of effective and compelling communication for social networks Optimistic individual who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment, and can overcome challenges with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
