Hi I am a very experienced statistician and academic writer. I have completed several PhD level thesis projects involving advanced statistical analysis of data. I have worked with data from several companies and have done projects involving high level quantitative analysis and data interpretation skills to study the trends, time behaviour and compare the variables in the data. I will pursue PhD in applied mathematics in the next academic session.I graduated from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur in 2016. I have experience of implementing Factor Analysis, Principle Components analysis, multivariate regression , ANOVA , Regularized regression methods like LASSO and Elastic net, classification and regresison trees, Monte Carlo methods etc. in R. I have attached a few of my codes on my profile. I have had the opportunity of working as a research assistant at IIM Lucknow, where I looked into a data set pertaining to market advertisements , and I gained some experience in statistical learning. I ,also, worked in Nomura as an investment banking intern in the equity derivatives team. I have had the exposure to financial derivatives and have worked on momentum based strategies. I had taken up another project at IIT Kharagpur , which was pertaining to statistical learning , especially localized regularization. I have the experience of working on Excel VBA and R. I have sound knowledge of Linear Algebra, Mathematical analysis and probability theory. I am, currently, exposing myself to machine learning and a study of the theory of derivatives pricing.
