Mathematica Model for Poisson Dist / Call Center Traffic

Build using Mathematica 8 required - deliver a notebook which demonstrates the ability to graph and manipulate as described in the attached spreadsheet. The core output of this project is 6 Plots which leverage input data to be manipulated; (3) 2-D graphs and (3) 3-D graphs.

Should have strong understanding of leveraging Poisson to calculate "Service Levels", ie the % of customers serviced within a target time period. Looking to leverage this notebook to bid out a second project to determine optimum sized queues for return on pooling resources.

Looking for quick turn-around - assuming fairly easy for anyone with strong Mathematica experience. Description of 6 plots described with sample data in the attached spreadsheet.
