I have video footage of a person. I need to analyse that footage and detect his breathing. This needs to be done by methods: detecting chest's movement and second: detecting temperature changes near nose. These might be two separate programs and can be treated as separate contracts.
All video footage is in infrared. At first, code will be tested on ''decent'' resolution footage and then program will have to be able to do same task at 80x60 resolution. Success of detection at such small resolution is non-important as long as main program works well with test footage.
