the above texts are the headline of an IEEE paper . In that paper maximum power is extracted based on variable coefficient pso algorithm(VCPSO). I designed the simulimk matlab model according to that paper but could not write the VCPSO code for that. My aim is to first execute the simulink model based on VCPSO and get the exact results( I uploaded the results in the attached file) according to that paper and then execute the simulink model with ABC algorithm to get better results or at least the same result in comparison with the paper.
Those who experts in MATLAB and have background in electrical engineering, solar cells , dc-dc converters please contact me. those who are not having electrical background please stay away and not waste your time and my time

I uploaded the results of the papers also.
So at the end what I want from the freelancer is to provide for me the simulink MATLAB file with written code inside it according to two distinct algorithm that is VCPSO and ABC algorithm and to produce the result of the paper. I have built the Simulink model and will send to the freelancer if needed.
