a) The project implementation begins with the simulation of network topology with 50 nodes where the queuing mechanism is monitored. Cluster 10 nodes and form 5 such groups of total 50 nodes and then measure the throughput & latency among the nodes of the cluster system. Packet size of about 1500 bytes is considered.
b) Classification of the packets based on high priority and low priority. Measurement of the QoS parameters such as throughput, scalability, latency and packet loss ratio continuously among nodes. Also calculate the arrival rate of packets, service rate and packet loss between node-to-node.
c) To measure the E[W] -avg. waiting time, E[L]-avg. length of queue, traffic distribution, packet inter-arrival time, arrival data rate, service rate, mean response time, utilization packet size. Also determine the traffic distribution type of network.
d) To delete the packet from queue and insert the packet of variable size in high priority queue. Packet loss before the node at queue and at destinations is to be calculated for all packets considered at same priority.
e) To process and analyze various priority packets through parallel queuing models and measure the E[W] -avg. waiting time, E[L]-avg. length of queue, traffic distribution type, packet inter-arrival time, arrival data rate, service rate, mean response time, utilization packet size.
f) To analyze the performance of servers using Poisson distribution to calculate the mean number of requests & mean response time of requests in the buffer of server.
