I’m having a nano-scale cell model that need to be switched on and get [login to view URL] this stage I don’t yet have the exact RNA sequences; part of your mission will be to pinpoint or engineer them. Here’s what I need from you: • Identify or design candidate RNA sequences that, in the presence of for example iodine, first promote robust cell replication and later allow controlled re-activation. • Explain the biochemical logic behind each sequence and how iodine interacts with its structure or associated cofactors. • Draft a step-by-step lab protocol—reagents, concentrations, timing, and detection assays—that I can follow in a small-scale bench setup. • Highlight any safety considerations or alternative activation ions that could be swapped in future iterations. My platform uses synthetic “nano cells” rather than conventional human, animal, or plant lines, so you’ll need to account for minimal cytosolic volume and membrane permeability constraints when proposing your solutions. Molecular biology tool familiarity (in-vitro transcription kits, RT-qPCR, fluorescence readouts) will be valuable, and I’m happy to iterate quickly via shared data sheets. Deliverables are a concise report (PDF or DOCX) plus annotated sequence files in FASTA/GenBank format. If you can create a short slide deck summarizing the mechanism for non-technical stakeholders, that’s a welcome bonus. [login to view URL]
