HyperWorks tutorials -- 3

Job Description:

I am looking for someone who could create tutorials for me using HyperWorks.

The work consists of creating tutorials in HyperWorks (new GUI) for the defined cases: taking screenshots of each steps, annotating and describing each steps, and recording a screencast for each [login to view URL] are 5 tutorials in total:

- 2 for thermal simulation (monolithic solid+temperature , layered solid+convection)

- 2 for structural simulation (monolithic solid+3 pts , layered solid+frictionless support)

- 1 for OSTTS simulation (layered solid+convection+frictionless support)

The written descriptions will be in RST format (sphinx doc), the screenshots in PNG format and the screencasts in FullHD MP4 or MKV format.

The idea is to base the simulation on the provided TCL files and the description if present.

One tutorial will be provided as an example of the expected final result but it was done with HyperMesh.

The work is expected to need a total of 30 hours.

HyperWorks 2022.1 should be used with the add-on Advanced Cure Simulation (ACS).

Candidates should specify if they have access to both licenses.

This could be justified with a screenshot of HyperWorks opened with the ACS add-on opened.

(bonus for the candidate how can finish the TCL scripts for tutorials 2 and 5)

6600 s 120 C

8400 s 180 C

15600 s 180 C

20400 s 20 C

25000 s 20 C

Tutorial 1: thermal analysis of u-channel with uniform temperature distribution and PSOLID

* apply convection condition on the interior and outer faces with convection coefficient of 5 W m^-1 m^-1 C^-1 and temperature profile

* add convection condition to all loadsteps

Tutorial 3: structural analysis of u-channel with 3 pts support and PCOMPLS

* add [0,90,90,0] layup defined by PCOMPLS

Tutorial 4: structural analysis of c-shape with frictionless support and PSOLID

* single loadstep for thermal until 20640s
