Polyethylene Micro ducts, PE-CD ducts and pre lubricated ducts

I am a consultant design engineer who also manufactures the equipment. A production system would be about 50 feet long 3 feet wide but smaller equipment is supplied to laboratories. Within that system there will be plumbing and extraction. We mainly use pvc and polypropylene because of the chemicals. I also have constructed the plastic ducting, fans, fume scrubbers and the plumbing pipework. I use Autocad 2d and photoshop . I write the technical manuals for the equipment and also design the electro mechanical circuit control gear. There is a stated price and quote for this but if you are interested in using my skills and provide more information I can adjust the quote accordingly. I have acted as a consultant for International chemical companies both here and in the USA including advising them how to improve their designs and production methods for producing chemical process systems which are mostly plastic. I invent numbers of products including self cleaning spray nozzles. In addition I produce prototypes usually making an original from plaster which can be easily modified then producing a casting tool from silicon . I am therefore able to design components for you if that is needed.
