Semi-Automatic Fabric Screen Printer

I print 4–5 m cotton lengths every day with a single colour. Right now I block-print each piece by hand with wooden stamps, lifting, realigning, and stamping the fabric five times before rolling it forward. The manual cycle is accurate but far too slow, so I want to replace only the stamping phase with a faster, low-cost, semi-automatic alternative based on screen printing. Here is the workflow that must stay: I will still feed, tension, and roll the fabric manually between passes; patterns change daily, so the tooling has to let me swap a screen or frame quickly without expensive re-registration steps. Key goals • Screen-printing mechanism that repeatedly places one top motif and four-to-five evenly spaced repeats in a single travel. • Compact footprint suited to a small workshop and simple to clean at day’s end. • Consistent pressure so colour density matches or exceeds my current wooden stamps. • Materials and components that keep per-print cost low; no high-end industrial consumables.
