-Managing a working relationship with doctors, office managers, and staff.
-Responsible for the collection of insurance accounts receivable and maintenance of those reports.
-Post checks and allocate money to corresponding providers.
-Provide reports to show financial success in your offices.
-Follow up on delinquent patient accounts.
-Review and respond to insurance carrier EOBs including PPO, Medicaid & CHIP EOBs.
-Respond to insurance and patient questions in regards to deductibles, coinsurance, benefits, as well as any billing questions
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
- Retrieve and pull all records, clinical documentation, and X-rays as requested by insurance carriers
