I’m building a neuroradiology teaching file that will ultimately contain 300 brain CT and MRI cases. Every case must come directly from Radiopaedia and meet three non-negotiable criteria: a detailed findings report, high-quality images, and a broad mix of pathologies. Scope and organisation • Total cases: 300 • Format: 20 separate PDF booklets, each holding an equal share of the cases (15 per file to reach the 300-case total). • For each case include: – the live Radiopaedia link (the one after you open the cases in full screen) – the full findings text exactly as shown on the page – at least one representative image (more when available) – a clear label such as trauma, bleed, tumour, stroke, metabolic, inflammatory, infection, etc. to flag the primary pathology. What I consider “high quality” Images must be diagnostic—multiple orthogonal planes or phases when Radiopaedia provides them. Avoid single-image stubs. The variety should span acute, chronic, neoplastic, vascular, infectious and metabolic entities so the final collection serves as a rounded teaching set. Delivery expectations If this workflow is clear and the volume is comfortable for your pace, let’s get started right away—I’m ready to review the first PDF as soon as it’s ready.
